Q. What is the turn-around time?
Business card and post card turn-around is approximately 5 business
days plus shipping time.

Q. How do I re-order cards?
You can simply fax (510) 887-8435 us a sample of your last printed card

Q. What is UV coating and how does UV coating enhance my cards?
UV coating enriches colors and enhances photographs and makes them even more realistic.
After your cards have been printed and the inks have dried, liquid UV coating is evenly applied.
Afterwards, your color business cards are cured with UV light and heat.
Q. Are cards printed on traditional lithograph presses or digital presses?
Our printing is done on state of the art 4 color Heidelberg presses using 200 line
screen printing ensuring that photographs come out picture perfect. Digital presses
are no match to the quality of a real printing press.
Q. What is the LPI that the film is being output at?
The higher the lpi (lines per inch), the better the reproduction. Unlike other printers that
use 133 or 150lpi, we print our products using 200 lines per inch; the highest in the industry.
Q. Can I split up the order of 1000 into 2 orders?
It seems like it would be easy to split an order of 1000 cards into 2 versions, but unfortunately it is not.
Each version of a card is printed individually, so 2 versions would constitute 2 orders.
Q. What is the final size of the business card shipped to me?
Even though the business card proof may appear as a different size on your monitor, the North American
standard size of a business card is 3.5" x 2".
Q. Can you design a custom card for me?
Yes! Just choose the custom card when you order.
